One of the most anticipated steps is nearly complete; the concrete countertops, which include 6" of exterior overhang. Next is the windows!

The first go at installing the windows. Soon after, we pulled out the last three at the curve, and built a fourth wood post.

This was the first attempt at the curved part of the countertop. Some wrong measurements on my part, led to a re-do (see next).

As is often the case, the re-do gave us an opportunity to improve other things. I'm really happy with this wavy sink line, more than the first one.

Brian and I are EIFSing the wall outside the loft. As of Jan 01, we are ALMOST done with ALL of the EIFS base-coat.
