BACK to "House Home"

Lots-o-drywall! With the kitchen eaves finally attached to the outside, we are much more 'truly' closed in. And I let someone else do the tile in the 2nd bathroom while I was doing art shows in Texas.

The arched hallway.

It's nice finally seeing some "finished" wall surfaces. We tiled the floor, halfway up the walls, and the shower surround.

The West wall of the den and master suite are drywalled.

I took a grinder to all of the countertops; moreso to the island in order to reveal more aggregate.

The wall dividing the master suite (bedroom from bathroom/closet) gets drywalled.

The entryway is slowly getting EIFS'd.

18" cabinets & drawers fit perfectly into this cubby between the fridge and laundry room. I cut a butcher board to make a small countertop.

Getting the eaves into place really made a huge difference in how it feels outside the kitchen.
